These are excellent. I especially like the parts where you captured the movement of the water. Then again when I look at the other shots I'm drawn to the colors and even some great texture. So I'll repeat (all) of these are excellent!
The mountain lakes are so pristine. Much less murky then the man made reservoirs I've visited so play of light is a good subject to explore. Thank you!
Hi again S.U. Artist. I noticed that you have a link to Weekend Reflections but I don't think you added your link to MckLinky. However I might have just not seen it or you didn't leave it on purpose.
Gorgeous reflections, especially the last couple. You really have to look hard at them to determine that they are photos and not paintings.
ReplyDeleteWonderful wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteThese are positively glowing and glorious...
ReplyDeleteI wanted to plunge right in, but didn't, as I didn't want to make waves...

ReplyDeleteThanks Amy,
ReplyDeleteThose looked like paintings to me too and I hoped I just wasn't imagining it!
Hi All Ways,
ReplyDeleteThank you thank you!!!
Hey Owen,
ReplyDeleteThank you and life would be pretty darn dull without waves and ripples!
Thank you James,
ReplyDeleteIt's fun to experiment when you don't have to worry about film and processing costs, deadlines, outcomes, etc.
Belle recherche de reflets .
ReplyDeleteMonet aurait aimé!
Bonjour Jean,
ReplyDeleteI don't speak French but I do recognize a reference to Monet and that just has to be good!
Merci !
I like the way that you captured the light and the way that it dances over the water, just stunning.
ReplyDeleteThe way that the energy looked frozen in glass on a stunning day and showing how clear that water was is just unbelievable.

ReplyDeleteHey James,
ReplyDeleteIt's there on last weekends. Thanks!
I don't know what else to say. Your work is awesome! I could be more literate, but don't really want to, just I am totally fond of the way you work.
ReplyDeleteThanks mythopolis,
ReplyDeleteIt is so gratifying to read your comments.
These are masterpieces! I'm totally in awe! I can easily imagine three of these hanging on a big white wall.
