Dream Poem

Once in the dream of a night

I stood Lone in the light of a magical wood,

Soul-deep in visions that poppy-like sprang;

And spirits of Truth were the birds that sang,

And spirits of Love were the stars that glowed,

And spirits of Peace were the streams that flowed

In that magical wood in the land of sleep.

Pow Wow

I just want to add that this was an extremely photo-friendly environment, as are most Pow Wows. I went with the idea that I might not be able to use my camera, or feel comfortable in doing so, but that was not the case. I took care not to include pictures of spectators or children, and only posted photos of those who were active participants performing in the Pow Wow.
