Ha! a little secret - I live on edge between a very well to do neighborhood and a humble one. The rich are cheep with the lights if any, (and usually a somber white) where as the humble abodes go wild. Case in point
If you're asking us to choose, I might slightly prefer the second shot, where the house fills the frame and even threatens to jump out of the pic and poke me in the eye. Also, #2 highlights the "No Trespassing" sign. Fun to contemplate this place.
That's a use for wrapping paper than I hadn't thought of.
ReplyDeleteI hope that sign on the gate doesn't chase Santa away...
It is like a fairy tale!
ReplyDeleteThe house looks so inviting, and then, there's that "No Trespassing" sign. It's so . . . incongruent. As Dan said – It's like a Grimm fairy tale.
ReplyDeleteVery nice ...Merry Christmas dear Friend..♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteCool little house! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove it!

ReplyDeleteI love the shots but I don't think Santa is going to feel very welcome at this house. :-)

ReplyDeleteThe Christmas spirit takes many forms. And there's no accounting for tastes.
ReplyDeleteAh, the Xanadu of San Berdoo.
ReplyDeleteAnd the photography is as sparkly as a candy bar wrapper.
