Above the Sea of Fog

  1. How perfectly appropriate ! Heading into another election cam-pain, errr, campaign, though it seems like Obama just got elected, it seems like no one has a clue as to what is going on, but all have their knives out for any back that is turned... Seems like the fog just keeps getting thicker. Is there hope ? Let's hope so, and meanwhile... onward through the fog !

PS saw a couple of folks you know in Paris today, it was WONDERFUL... went to see a photo expo on the Qaui Branly, along the Seine... you may be able to find some info on it by Googling "Photoquai"

  7. Fog

    The fog comes
    on little cat feet.

    It sits looking
    over harbor and city
    on silent haunches
    and then moves on.

  8. Talk about symbolism! Well, no need to talk about it as you've illustrated it so well.

  14. Ditto on what Owen wrote in his first paragraph...

I think this might be the most striking image everever of the American flag. It speaks to this time in its history, most definitely.
