  3. I love these images. They have no particular thing to say, but allow one a field in which to dream, remember, contemplate, reflect. The sea has always seemed this way to me.

    They are AMAZING! Just looking at them makes me feel a sense of calm. You are an artist!

  5. Freaking out!! that's exactly who I thought of when I scrolled down. Mark Rothko.
    A little story - I was educated with the notion that a painting could stand on it's own. No matter what. That was until I saw a Rothko above a chintz couch. The painting not only couldn't stand on it's own, it fell over dead. From then on I've concluded 'context is king'
