In your last post also, I started to say these look like post card shots, but there's something more in each one. For me, it's especially true of the first one today. Something about the reflections and the wave carry this beyond the predictable. Very nice.
Hi my dear Friend... It's just wonderful to stop here and watch the infinite ocean with these beautiful colours..the first one puts my heart up side down .. the compo ,the different tones ,the clouds and the sand ,the white foam of the waves..it's really a superb image.. I can easily imagine this photo on the wall of my bedroom..:) Thank you for this serene moment Kisses ..:)
I'm back for seconds. Lordie, this is luscious. Could these shots happen with "old-fashioned" film photography? The luminescence is such a key to the drama and the blue here . . .
How Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGoing on means going far,
ReplyDeleteGoing far means returning.
(TAO TE CHING)
Since i see the ocean from my window, i can hardly return to it. But still, i do.
Your photos really speak to me. The lighting is beautiful and I love the quote too.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite poet and photographer . . .
ReplyDeleteI much like.
ReplyDeleteI just want to be there and sit down for a long time!
ReplyDeleteSo much movement within the stillness, and stillness within the movement.

great choice for the poem. When you get to the end turn around and go the other way.
