  2. These are beautiful. I don't think I've ever seen a fish like that last one! And I like how that 'gold' colored fish appears to have come closer to check you out.

  6. I was just over at Banjo's going through Ms Dickens. I must admit, I prefer Dr Seuss.

One fish two fish.....the desert flowers of the deep blue sea. At least that's my understanding of places like the Caribbean that support colorful fish. They're ocean deserts.

  7. Yellow, red and blue – the primary colors . . . it is said that painters create color environments, while photographers discovery them, leaving the viewer with an objective reality. Whatever the truth may be, perception depends on an individuals experience. As always your discoveries leave me in awe.

  9. Seuss is right! But that top guy is gorgeous, thanks to your catching all the detail in his yellow. The variety and intensity in these guys is amazing. Maybe I'll take up snorkeling.

  12. I love these shots! I used to have salt water aquariums, but never took any photos of my fish!
I assume you took these at a public aquarium as the orange guy (Garibaldi) is illegal to own.
LOVE how clear and crisp these are.
The Dr. Seuss quote totally fits...
